Printing equipment
German-imported Heidelberg five-color presses
Our floor runs Heidelberg five-color offset presses imported from Germany. Five print units let us lay down brand colors, spot inks, and detail in a single pass, keeping registration tight across every sheet.
Color control is managed at the press, so game artwork reproduces consistently from proof to full run for card decks and packaging.

Automated prepress
Files are checked and imposed through an automated prepress workflow, then plates are prepared for the press run.

Five-color offset printing
Heidelberg five-color presses print the sheets, with color held consistent across the full run.

Finishing
Varnish, environmentally friendly oil, lamination, embossing, and gold or silver foil stamping are applied as specified.

Postpress die-cutting and boxing
High-speed die-cutting and collation prepare cards and packaging boxes for delivery.
